To access the Tak app if you have a Apple iPhone:
1. Open the App Store icon.
2. At the top - type in takpoints and enter search
3. Press the GET button on the right side
4. Press the OPEN button
5. You will see the Tak app
6. Enter your User Name which is your first intitial of your first name and your last name (all lower case)- example jsmith
7. Enter your default password (included in your introductory email)
8. Press the Log In button
9. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to set up your own password
10. Enter your personal password twice to confirm it is accurate.
11. Click submit
12. You will be presented with the News feed where you can keep up to date with Tak and hospital events
13. The next time you return to the app you will be auto-logged in and not need to log in again for 30 days.
To access the Tak app if you have a Android Phone (Samsung, LG, etc.):
Open the Play Store icon.
2. Press the App button
3. Press the search button on top right sde
4. Type in takpoints
5. Press the tak icon
6. Press INSTALL button
7. Press OPEN button
8. Enter your User Name which is your first intitial of your first name and your last name (all lower case)- example jsmith
9. Enter your default password (included in your introductory email)

11. Enter your personal password twice to confirm it is accurate.
12. Click submit
13. You will be presented with the News feed where you can keep up to date with Tak and hospital events

To access the Tak app if you have a Blackberry, Windows, or other phone:
1. Open the Internet Browser provided by the phone, such Internet Explorer if it is a Windows phone.
2. In the URL bar type the following address: takpoints.app.appery.io
3. Press enter and the mobile Tak app will load in your browswer
4. To save the page for easy access in the future, create a bookmark in the browswer
5. The Tak app will added to your homescreen like other App icons and internet bookmarks
6. Click the icon and open the Tak login screen

9. After you are finished using the app, click the 'More' button and then click 'Log Out' to be sure your account is closed
